The village emblem was adopted on Mar 22nd 1968 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana な Na of Nanmoku. The circle symbolizes a reconciliation and a concord, the wings do a dramatic development.
