The village emblem was adopted on Oct 6th 1950 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized kanji 嬬 Tsuma of Tsumagoi. The outer part symbolizes a local specialty cabbage. It celebrates a peaceful development of the village.
