Description of the flag
The Tokyo Fire Department flag was adopted on November 11th 1976 by Tokyo Fire Dept Notice No 24.
The dull purple flag charged with a white Tokyo Fire Dept emblem composed of sunrays, snow crystal, hose pipe, water cannon, and plume of water bit towards hoist. The flag proportion 7:10

A white flag with black and red horizontal stripes, six red vertical stripes with its name in black on the fly end.
