The Flag

White coat of arms on dark violet field. The coat of arms is composed of three Katakana character SU (ス). Coat of arms adopted 15 May 1957. Flag unlegislated.

Sumida ward says both purple color are within allowance. The color of the left flag is not called blue, but bluish purple (紫紺) in Japan still purple color.
