Matsuda town in Kanagawa Prefecture adopted its emblem: 23 April 1968. A stylized katakana Ma マ in a disc. No flag legislation but they use following flag: flag proportion: 2:3; colour of field: white; colour of emblem: white Ma in dark blue disc; diameter of emblem: 3/5 flag height
