The city emblem was adopted on Nov 1st 2004 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green, a blue and a red three color city emblem in the center. It represents an image of the merged former eight towns and villages combined with a circle. The green color stands for an abundant nature, the blue color for a blue sky spread over the city and the red color for a passion of the citizen.
