The city emblem was adopted on Mar 31st 2005 by Notice No 104 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green and a yellow green two color city emblem in the center. It represents an image of the city preserving an abundant nature and a historic culture in a form of a row of high mountains and the curved lines symbolize a throbbing unlimited development of the city.
