The town emblem was adopted on Mar 16th 1955 by Notice No 12 but there is no flag law. The green flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana ひ Hi of Hino. The circle symbolizes the town people�s conformity and the extended wings does a wish for the town�s development for the future.
