The town emblem was adopted on Apr 20th 1977 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem is four stylized hiragana と To and hiragana の No. It represents a beautiful natural circumstances and a wish for a development with a concord and a collaboration of the districts.
