The village emblem was adopted on Dec 1st 1973 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a combination of a green tree Hatsuhojyu and wings of a bird. It represents an image of the village which is flying in a cheerful way to the future society and continues to develop.
