The village emblem was adopted on Jul 20th 1971 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana てん Ten of Tenkawa in a form of a mountain and a canyon. It represents a stability and an unlimited development of the village.
