The flag of the (exclave)village of Kitayama is blue with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Aug 30th 1969 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized kanji 北 Kita of Kitayama in a form of a mountain. It represents a mutual friendship and a cooperation of the villagers and a glory and a development.
