The flag of the town of Hokuei is white with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Oct 1st 2005 but there is no flag law. The white flag has an orange, a blue and a green three color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized H of Hokuei. The orange color stands for a hope and a vigor, the blue color for a collaboration and a creativity, the green color for abundant fruits.

Daiei Town / 大栄町

The flag of the former town of Daiei was green with mark. The town is now, from 2005, part of the town of Hokuei.
