The flag of the town of Masaki is blue with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Mar 31st 1990 by Notice No 24 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is stylized hiragana まさき Masaki. The wings symbolizes a soar, the horizontal three lines do a prosperity and a conformity of the merged three towns and village and the developing town.
