Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu here is the flag of the town of Motoyama.

The town emblem was adopted on Nov 30th 1970 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white and a pink two color town emblem in the center. The emblem depicts Motoyama�s cherry blossom and white rivers. It represents the concord and the development.
