Thanks to Mr. Kariyasu here is the flag of the village of Umaji.

The village emblem was designed in 1965 but there is no flag law. The green flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized kanji 馬 Uma of Umaji. It represents a village tree Yanase cidar.
