he town emblem was adopted on Mar 22nd 2005 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue, a green and a red three color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana ち Chi of Chikuzen in a form a man who makes a leap forward to the future. The blue color stands for a sky, the green color for the earth and the red color for the sun. It represents an image of the town enveloped with rich nature.
