The flag of the city of Iizuka is red-maroon with mark.

The city emblem was adopted on Mar 26th 2006 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized katakana イイヅカ Iizuka.
