The Flag
The flag of town of Keisen is marron with mark. I do not know where I found the image, so therefore I send it.
Tomislav Šipek, 28 June 2013
The town emblem was adopted on Jan 1st 1971 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized katakana ケ Ke and kanji 川 Sen. The upper sharp edge symbolizes the towns development and the circle does a peace, a solidarity and a happiness.
