The city emblem was adopted on Oct 15th 1959 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a maroon city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized kanji 小 O of Ogori in a form of a flying bird. The fan folding shape symbolizes the financial development and the citizens uplifting power and the circle does a peace.
