The flag of the town of Mashiki is red with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Jun 22nd 1989 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 益 Mashi of Mashiki. The outer five rings symbolize a development by the merged five town and villages.
