Description of the flag

According to my research, the flag of Betio Town Council (BTC) is displayed on the seal of BTC. During the Kiribati National Games 2006 a municipal flag of BTC was used. This flag was red, blue, green with yellow stars and blue and white waves. Seehttp://www-static.sportingpulse.com/pics/00/00/05/30/53001_1_L.jpg. The seal of BTC (http://www.kilga.org.ki/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/btc-logo.jpg) shows this municipal flag. Using this source I have reconstructed the municipal flag of Betio.
