Description of the flag

White field, with 2 vertical bands of green / yellow near hoist, and 2 similar vertical bands of yellow / green near fly. Tree of brown trunk and 7 green leaves (4 left + 3 right) stands upon a green base below centered on central white panel. National flag on canton.
