Raudondvaris - on a red field the arms of Raudondvaris: on a green base with a wavy silver bar a red palace.
Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with silver rope, finial is a golden knob, staff is dark.
The wavy bar means both the Nemunas and Nevezis rivers, at confluence of which the town is located. The palace is the front view (before the last restoration, which removed the Neogothic elements and rebuilt the original Renaissance view) of Raudondvaris Palace. Red is both the real colour of the palace and is canting: "Raudondvaris" means "Red Manor" in Lithuanian.
