Vaskai (Pasvalys District) - on red field the arms of Vaskai: on comb-powdered golden field reverse red chevron. Flag proportions 10:11, free edges bordered with red and silver rope, finial is golden knob and red and silver bands. The arms is canting: comb means wax ("vaskas" in Lithuanian) and chevron means the initial letter V of town name. Golden field also symbolizes honesty, comb - laboriosity, and red colour of chevron - blood spilt for freedom of country.
