Overview
The flag and the coat of arms of Seduva (Siauliai county, Radviliskis district - Siauliu apskritis, Radviliskio rajonas). The flag is drawn by me according to my personal observation. The coat of arms I drew according to the picture from the book: The Heraldry of Lithuania.

Seduva - I don't have any information about the existence of Seduva flag, so I can only explain the charge: on a blue field a golden armed and golden crowned silver eagle with a red tongue, on the eagle's breast a blue shield with a golden fleur-de-lys.
The charge of arms granted in 1654 by King John Casimir Vasa comes from the arms of Queen Ludwika Maria (Marie Louise Gonzaga de Nevers), who owned Seduva in the mid 17th century. The eagle of Mantua shows the origin of the Queen from the Princes of Mantua (Italy), the fleur-de-lys shows her relation with the French royal house (Bourbon), and the silver / white colour of the eagle (the original Mantua is black) shows her supreme title as Queen of Poland.
