Mazeikiai (Mazeikiai District) - on a blue field powdered with small golden arrows the arms of Mazeikiai: a bow with a lightning-like arrow. Flag proportions 5:6, fringe is silver, finial is a golden jewel with a ring and silver bands. The bow symbolizes defence, the lightning symbolizes energy, and the whole charge means that strong industry of energetics is the best weapon of independence. The petrol factory of Mazeikiai is the largest industrial company in Lithuania.
