Overview

Giluciai (Elektrenai municipality) - on a green field 12 golden acorns 2:3:2:3:2. Flag proportions 10:11, free edges bordered with a narrow golden stripe, finial is a golden knob, staff is dark grey. The number 12 means the number of first houses of newly established village in the 18th century (now ~550 inhabitants). Acorns mean both the oak as a symbol of fortitude and the fertility of the local soil. The green field symbolizes hope and striving for freedom.
