Pastrevys (Elektrenai municipality) - on a silver field separated from a blue head with a nebuly line a green watermill wheel with golden tips on the axle. Flag proportions 5:6, free edges bordered with silver rope, finial is a golden lance head with silver bands, staff is white. The watermill wheel represents the importance of the Streva River (from which the name of the town originates), the silver field represents water, and the nebuly line represents the fine nature for tourism.
