The flag of Latvian Capital Riga - Current flag adopted in 1988. Based on earlier Riga flags with some corrections. Ratio 1:2.

According to city regulations, the length of the coat of arms is 2/5ths of the length of the flag itself and the arms is placed in the center. The blue and white sections are in the same size; the Pantone color of the flag is 285 C (same shade as Estonia).

According to city regulations, the flag is 15x30 cm and the blue border (Pantone 285 C) is a 2x2 cm square. The width of the coat of arms is 2/5ths of the width of the flag itself and the arms is placed in the center.
