The mountaineering club "Gorica" (Planinarski club "Gorica"; website) was founded on 19 January 2001 in Podgorica. It was named for the small hill (gorica) that dominates the town (whose name literally means"under the small hill").
The flag of the club (photo, photo, photo) is light blue with the club's emblem in the middle.
The club's emblem is made of a red-white roundel charged with a green fir and a red letter "G". The lower part of the "G" is filled in blue, presumably representing a lake. The name of the club is written in white letters in the base of the fir, while the name of the town is written in white capital letters in the base of the roundel.
