Description

It seems that the Il-Qrendi Local Council uses a white flag with the shield of its arms centered on it: The shield is pointy, with golden yellow and light blue hues. Evidence for this is two photos at the official website, on page http://www.qrendi.gov.mt/default.asp?selMMSec=0&selMMCat=107:
