Overview

At <www.manfut.org/chontales/sandino.html>, There is a coat of arms with a flag of horizontal red, white, green stripes, in opposed side of the national flag. The city seems that has no flag (in the mayor office there is only the national flag), so this flag can be perhaps the departmental (Chontales) flag.
