De Norske Jubileumsfrimerker 1914 - Norges Flag og Vaaben
That 1914 jubilee was the centenary of 1814 constitution. Norway's flag and arms are actually on the cover only; the stamps show Oscar Wergeland's painting Riksforsamlingen på Eidsvold - The constituent assembly at Eidsvold.
On the other hand, the flag does appear on this cinderella stamp, of which I know nothing, except that it's linked to fro this page. .
