Reserve Bank flag

I've just been watching a news report on the New Zealand Reserve Bank (New Zealand's central monetary institution).

A flag was shown during the report which shows the logo of the bank, as also depicted on their website (). The flag is black, with a white outlined version of the bank's coat of arms, and with eight bright red panels along the hoist.
