Thereon we can see two versions of the provincial flag � both plain green with the provincial emblem:http://www.cutervo.com.pe/images/portal/bandera_de_cutervo.jpg One, shown on a photo, shows the emblem on a white standing oval.

Another versionshows the emblem and its motto arched above directly on the green background; this is shown only as a "drawing", not a photo. This image illustrates a description of the flag, where the white disc is given as part of the flag, so it might be nothing but an error.
