Wołów urban-rural district flag

Wołów is the seat of Wołów County, and of the smaller administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Wołów. Gmina Wołów is an urban-rural commune in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. The new flag of Wołów urban-rural commune adopted on April 07, 2010. The flag is checkered red and white (4x3). Old German name: Wohlau.
Between coats of arms and flag, there is no relationship. The coat is a brown (not red, sic!) bull on silver shield.
