Kcynia commune flag
Kcynia - urban-rural commune, Nakło nad Notecią County, Kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodship - former German name: Exin (1795-1920 and 1939-45)
The flag of Kcynia was adopted in 2008.
The Law of the City-Commune describes the Arms and the flag as:
"The Coat of Arms of the Commune is a white eagle with beak, talons and crown of the gold color. All on a red shield.
The flag is red with the Arms in the center."
