Nowa Sól city flag

The city Nowa Sól (formerly Neusalz) is on the Odra/Oder river, formerly in vojvodship Zielona Gora and dates from the 18th century. Several surrounding townships were incorporated in the city, which has now c. 43.000 inhabitants.
