Sieradz county

I have drawn the symbols of Sieradz County; Coat of Arms adopted on 3 December 1998 and territorial flag adopted on 31 August 2001.

I have redrawn the symbols of Sieradz County. This page showed me my error. I got confused in the reconstruction of the county flag. Correct is: the stripes are vertical.
