Łosice county
Łosice County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Masovian Voivodeship, east-central Poland. It was created on January 1, 1999 as a result of the Local Government Reorganization Act of 1998.
County flag and Coat of Arms adopted on March, 20 2003 by county law.
Description of the County Coat of Arms: "A Spanish-style shield of three fields. On the first, red field a white eagle with open wings. On the second, red field a knight in orange armor holding in the raised right hand a silver sword and in the left hand a blue shield with the double (Jagiellonian) cross. On the third, red field there is a horse, walking to the right, with the right front leg raised ( Arms of Losice)"
