Dębica - urban commune, Dębica County, Podkarpackie Voivodship - Yiddish name: (Dembitz).

Present Arms and the new flag adopted on April 28, 2006 (resolution # XXXVII/491/06).
The previous Arms were adopted on April 28, 2004 (resolution # XIV/211/04).
"Arms: on red shield a silver griffin with tongue and claws gold.
Flag: red with the Arms without the shield. Ratio 5:8."
