Shield Azure with base wavy of Argent and Azure, on base a sailing boat issuant Or lined Sable and rigged Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "GAIO - ROSÁRIO".

Gaio-Rosário Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Moita Municipality (q.v.); it had 1227 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 10.5 km².
