Shield Azure, a bend sinister wavy Argent, charged with two bendlets sinister wavy Azure, in dexter chief a watermill's wheel Or garnished Gules, in sinister base a barb Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "VERIM".

Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "FRIANDE - PÓVOA DE LANHOSO".
