It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a field quartered of blue and yellow.

Coat of arms

Shield Argent, an inescutcheon Azure charged with five plates in quincunx (the Portuguese quina) flanked by two oak branches Vert, each with one acorn Gules capsuled Or, in base a face of a lynx Gules garnished Sable and eyed Or. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "GLÓRIA DO RIBATEJO".

Glória do Ribatejo Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Salvaterra de Magos Municipality (q.v.); it had 3224 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 53.4 km².

It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain blue field.

Shield Or, a cornet Gules with cord Azure, in base a plough Gules, chained and bladed sable, the whole surrounded by a rosary Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "GRANHO".
