Shield Vert with base wavy of Argent and Azure, the central barrulet wavy charged with a fish Argent, issuant from base a Medieval throughout bridge Or with three arches, in chief a grapevine Or leafed Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "VILA DA PONTE - SERNANCELHE".
Meaning:
The bridge (Port.: ponte) is a canting element.
