Shield Argent a Mediterranean stone pine eradicated Vert, flanked by two ravens respectant Sable animated Gules, issuant from flanches and from base wavy Azure,charged with a barrulet wavy Argent, a three-arch hump bridge Gules masoned Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "PONTE - VILA VERDE".
Meaning:
The canting bridge is a representation of the local Ponte de Rodas (=bridge of wheels) crossing the Homem River, represented by the base wavy. The ravens are an attribute of St. Vincent, the local patron saint.

Presentation of Ponte

Ponte is one of the 21 communes of Vila Verde Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes. It had 452 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 3,22 km².
