Portuguese Billiard Federation (Federação Portuguesa de Bilhar)

The flag is black, at hoist is a dark blue escutcheon charged with five plates in quincunx (quina), up to fly are initials "F" (red) "P" (yellow) and "B" (green), some elements shaped as balls. Below is a small inscription, displaying the full name in white initials.
