Portuguese Hockey Federation (Federação Portuguesa de Hóquei)
The flag is white with centred shield of the Portuguese national arms, superimposing a brown hockey stick in bend sinister and crested yellow by the abbreviation "FPH", at bottom is an embowed blue inscription with full name.
