Portuguese Rowing Federation (Federação Portuguesa de Remo)
The flag is white with the shield from the arms of Portugal in centre, surrounded by a green laurel wreath, superimposing two oars proper in saltire with a red and a green chevron on their blades and superimposing a purple scroll with golden inscription "F.P.R.".
